Refund policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
We want you to be sure before we design anything, so our refund rules follow the steps of your project.
Before your first homepage design: a full refund
If you cancel before we send your first homepage design, we refund everything you paid, including any add-ons we haven't started. You don't need to give a reason.
After your first homepage design
Once we've sent your homepage design, the website fee isn't refundable, because the design is custom work made for you. You still get the rounds of design changes included in your package, and we don't build anything else until you approve. If the design still isn't right after those rounds, tell us: we'll offer another round, or close the project and send you the design files made so far.
If we can't deliver
If we can't finish your website for reasons on our side, we refund the part of the price for work we haven't delivered, or everything you paid if we haven't delivered anything you can use.
Add-ons and the care plan
- Book trailer: a full refund until you approve the script. Production starts at approval, and after that it isn't refundable.
- Domain and hosting, first year: a full refund until we register your domain. After that it isn't refundable, because the domain is registered and paid for in your name.
- Care plan: cancel at any time and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Months already started aren't refunded.
Discounts and paying in parts
We refund what you actually paid, after any discount. If you paid in parts, these rules apply to the amount you've paid.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@socmedai.com from the address you ordered with, and include your order number (it starts with W- and is on your receipt and your project page). We reply within two business days. Refunds go back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something isn't right, please email us before opening a PayPal dispute or a chargeback. It's usually the quickest way to sort it out.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
